VISA IN EMBASSy

OUR SOLUTIONS FOR YOUR REGULAR CREW CHANGES

VISA IN EMBASSY

ALWAYS A STEP AHEAD

If you are not facing an emergency crew change, you might have enough time to wait for your seafarers to get their Schengen visa at the home embassy. At some points it can be very long to obtain, like more or less 15 to 20 days  for a Schengen visa for Spain as an example. Under joint venture with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, we can obtain Schengen visas in embassy for your crew members in 3 to 4 days. We need a minimum of 48/72 hours to provide a local appointment at the concerned embassy and to get the required documentation such as letters of invitation from our offices and you will then be free to choose the airline company and the departure date of your choice for the transit of your seafarers.
